Who are we? What do we believe? What do we

Arundel Street Consulting, Inc. (ASC) was founded in 1985
and is based in St. Paul, Minnesota. We are a small firm that
has built our business on superior service to our clients
and intimate knowledge of their needs for success, both for
the specific project and for its impact on the larger organization.
We have built relationships with our clients that now exceed
20 years and are proud of the companies that we partner with
on a daily basis.
The staff at ASC is a group of like-minded individuals who
go to great lengths to provide outstanding service, results
and success to our clients. We believe strongly in the phrase,

ASC is a five-person company committed to working closely
with clients. Each project is led by one of the two principals,
Jim Rickert or Tom Eckstein and supported by one of the three
project managers, Rachel Ditlefsen, Amy Peterson or Ruth Anne
Martin.
