facilitated a brainstorming session. Selected four potential
restaurant themes to further develop. Facilitated focus groups
with potential patrons to gather their reactions to the four
restaurant themes. |
| Impact: |
The focus
groups provided clear direction in terms of the most preferred
restaurant theme elements. The restaurant opened in September to
strong reviews. |
