Arranged
for our client to co-sponsor a survey on performance management
with a Human Resources professional association. Designed and
implemented the survey, allowing participants to complete either an on-line or paper questionnaire. Prepared a summary
report that was published and is also available on both
organizations’ web sites.

Impact:
|
The survey
has provided information to help our client tailor their
performance management services to market needs, and has raised
awareness among HR professionals that our client is a provider
of performance management services.
