Question: What attitudes and perceptions do dental professionals have toward various dental products brands?
Methods: Telegroups, Quantitative Phone Survey
Response: Conducted telegroups with dentists and dental assistants to better understand the breadth of attitudes and perceptions about dental brands. Then, followed up with a quantitative phone survey.
Impact: The client has launched a new family brand name.  It is too early to determine the market impact of the changes.
